Lumina provides technology tools for legal professionals. Lumina Logic Inc. is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. AI-assisted and automated outputs are working materials that require human verification. Any legal advice, client-facing legal work product, government filing, or other external legal use must be independently reviewed and approved by the responsible attorney.

Platform use

Lumina is a workflow, research, case management, document processing, and productivity technology platform designed to assist legal professionals. Use of the Platform does not create an attorney-client relationship with Lumina Logic Inc. Users are responsible for lawful, authorized use and for the accuracy and suitability of work performed through the Platform.

Lumina Materials

As between Lumina and Customer, Lumina Logic Inc. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform and Lumina Materials, including the software, source and object code, platform architecture, user interface, data models, generally applicable schemas, workflow engines, algorithms, automation logic, Lumina-created prompts and agent configurations, orchestration methods, platform templates, documentation, and improvements to the foregoing.

Lumina Materials do not include Customer Data, Customer Materials, Customer-created templates or instructions, Customer branding, or Customer Work Product.

Customer materials and work product

As between Lumina and Customer, Customer retains its rights in Customer Data, Customer Materials, and Customer Work Product. Customer grants Lumina a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use such materials only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Services in accordance with the Agreement and applicable law.

AI-assisted output

As between Lumina and Customer, and subject to applicable law and applicable third-party terms, Customer may use AI-assisted output generated for Customer through the Services for Customer’s authorized business and professional purposes. Lumina does not represent or warrant that AI-assisted output is copyrightable, unique, non-infringing, accurate, complete, or exclusively owned by Customer. Customer is responsible for reviewing the output and determining whether and how it may be used.

Customer branding

Customer branding, a customer-owned domain or subdomain, and a customized or white-label interface do not transfer ownership of the Platform or Lumina Materials to Customer. Customer retains its rights in Customer branding and other Customer Materials.
