This Privacy Policy explains at a high level how Lumina Logic Inc. processes information to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Lumina platform. Customer agreements and organization-specific notices may provide additional terms.

Information processed

Lumina may process account and organization information, case-management records, customer-provided documents and materials, usage and support information, and technical security logs when authorized by the customer and necessary to operate the Services.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested features, maintain accounts and organization workspaces, process documents, support users, protect the Services, diagnose failures, and meet legal and contractual obligations. Lumina does not provide legal services or independently determine how a law firm should advise its clients.

Service providers and AI processing

Authorized service providers may process information only to perform services for Lumina, subject to applicable contractual and security controls. AI-assisted features may process selected content to produce working material for professional review. Customers should configure and use these features consistently with their professional duties and agreements.

Retention, security, and requests

Lumina applies administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the Services. Retention and deletion depend on the applicable agreement, customer instructions, operational requirements, and law. Privacy or account requests should be submitted through the customer’s Lumina support channel.
